Fair Açaï is made from açaí berries harvested in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil, a renowned superfood rich in antioxidants and fibre. An açaí distillate is first produced, followed by a slow reduction with the addition of Fair Trade liquid sugar, fibre, and demineralised water to achieve perfect balance. This versatile liqueur is ideal for an Açaï Martini or as a substitute for dark fruit liqueurs such as blackcurrant or blackberry.
