Edradour, one of Scotland’s smallest traditional distilleries, is renowned worldwide for its distinctive, handcrafted Highland single malts. Under the ownership of Andrew Symington (Signatory Vintage), the distillery has undergone a creative renaissance, becoming known for innovative cask finishes—ranging from Burgundy and Madeira to Tokaji and Sassicaia—which have modernised its image while respecting its heritage.
Since 2002, under the direction of former Laphroaig manager Iain Henderson, Edradour has also produced a heavily peated style known as Ballechin, named after a long-lost local distillery, further expanding the distillery’s stylistic range.

Nose: Rich and expressive, opening on dried fruits, raisins, dark chocolate and sweet baking spices, layered over gentle malted cereal and orchard fruit notes.
Palate: Full-bodied and aromatic, with sherry-driven flavours of fig, cocoa and cinnamon intertwining seamlessly with honeyed barley, toasted nuts and soft fruit.
Finish: Long and warming, leaving lingering impressions of sweet spice, dark chocolate and dried fruit, supported by elegant oak structure.
