Cultivated in Burgundy without insecticides, herbicides or preservatives, and always hand-picked, these Cornichons bring a bright, green, saline lift that transforms the classic Citadelle profile into something playful, gastronomic and unmistakably French.
Citadelle is crafted at Château de Bonbonnet in Cognac under the guidance of master blender Alexandre Gabriel. Distilled in small copper pot stills over live flame, Citadelle champions freshness, precision and a deep respect for French terroir. The partnership with Maison Marc highlights Citadelle’s commitment to artisanal producers and its flair for creating gins that are both technically rigorous and joyfully expressive.
