CITADELLE Gin

Citadelle is the first gin distilled in copper stills from the French Charente region known for cognac production. Its progressive infusion method is also unprecedented: it consists of adding each of the 19 aromatics in the recipe at different times during a maceration that takes place over 4 days, while progressively reducing the alcohol content. The work of a true craftsman, the aim of which is to preserve the organoleptic qualities and capture the ultimate flavour of each berry, each spice and each citrus fruit. On the palate, Citadelle Original offers a full aromatic range. Juniper is Citadelle’s signature flavour from the outset. It then gives way to a voluptuous citrus fragrance that underlines it. Finally, the finish is more exotic, with a nice spicy length due to touches of pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon.
