One of the first artisanal bitters brands to emerge in the world of bars and cocktails, Bittermens was founded in 2007 by Jane and Avery Glasser, two bartending enthusiasts.

Initially limited to a few homemade creations – simple infusions of highly concentrated neutral alcohol with herbs, bark, and spices – it has become a reference in the international mixology world. Based since 2012 in a professional kitchen located in New Orleans, all products are handmade and made with organic ingredients.
