Tasting Notes
Nose: Lively yet smooth. Salted butter caramel, mango, chocolate, beeswax and cherry in brandy, followed by mustard seed, curry spice and apricot with light oxidative warmth.
Palate: Silky and refined. Cocoa powder, fresh ginger and pine resin give way to orange zest, apricot, mango and wild strawberry, revealing layered tropical fruit intensity.
Finish: Long and heady. Lightly burnt apricot tart, chestnut, mushroom, liquorice and clove with vegetal cane sugar and faint medicinal tones.
