Formerly known as Plantation Rum, Planteray Rum is guided by Alexandre Gabriel, one of the most influential figures in modern rum. The brand is recognised for its deep respect for Caribbean terroirs, multi-origin blending, and meticulous maturation practices. For O.F.T.D., Gabriel collaborated with six legendary rum and cocktail figures, including Jeff “Beachbum” Berry, Martin Cate, Paul McFayden, Paul McGee and Scotty Schuler of Paris’s iconic Dirty Dick bar. Together, they channelled the spirit of historic Tiki culture, ensuring the rum delivers both authenticity and intensity while remaining technically precise and versatile.
