Nose:
Full and refined. Notes of bourbon vanilla, fine spices (saffron, nutmeg), almond paste and juicy fruits (pear, apple) take hold of the complex initial nose. With aeration, increasingly tropical notes (banana, pineapple), balsamic tones of cedar and pine, and candied fruits (lemon) emerge. The spices form a solid foundation.
Palate:
Noble and invigorating. Beautiful flavours of malt, florals (iris butter) and honey (lime blossom) add nuance to the dense and concentrated flavour profile. Over time, lucerne, chlorophyll and juicy fruits (peach, apricot) bring refreshing lift.
Finish:
Long and full. With a fine, grainy texture (rice powder), the finish is absolutely delicious. Subtly blending vanilla and cocoa, it gradually takes on a more powdered character. Making a triumphant return, numerous spices (ginger, saffron, clove, cinnamon) bring great nobility to the mouth-watering and fruity (grapefruit) retro-nasal finish.
