Nose: Sultanas and festive spices lead into strawberry liquorice. Orange oil unfolds alongside blackcurrant and prune, adding depth and richness.
Palate: Sweet stewed berries complement toffee apple and roasted coffee beans. Morello cherry rises to the fore, supported by mature oak and cracked black pepper.
Finish: Full and spicy, with lingering forest fruits and warming oak.
