Fair Piment is a liqueur made from Mexican chipotle chilli peppers sourced from the Oaxaca region. Chipotle is a smoke-dried jalapeño pepper, with a heat level ranging between 1,000 and 5,000 on the Scoville scale. The chillies are macerated for two weeks to extract their aromas. Slightly less sweet than the rest of the FAIR liqueur range, with just 100 g of sugar per litre, it is particularly well suited for use in cocktails such as a spicy Margarita.
