FAIR Cucumber is a liqueur made from French cucumbers and distilled in Cognac, France. Originally native to India, the cucumber has been cultivated for over 3,000 years across Western Asia, including China, before spreading to Europe via Greece and Italy. A cucumber distillate is first produced, followed by slow reduction with the addition of Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralised water to achieve perfect balance.
