Founder of the renowned Signatory Vintage distillery, Andrew Symington has been at the helm of the Edradour distillery since 2002. Established in 1825 under the name Glenforres by farmers from the Perth region, it celebrates its 200th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, the independent bottler is dedicating a duo to the distillery’s two single malts, Edradour and Ballechin. Supported by a perfectly integrated oak influence, this particularly radiant expression displays remarkable maturity throughout the tasting. A true basket of fruit, its aromatic and flavour profile is also laced with tangy, refreshing notes.
