Description
Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale gold to old oak, depending on cask type.
Nose: Classic pre-1980s Speyside—barley sugar, honeyed malt, wax polish, dried flowers, orchard fruits and gentle herbal notes.
Palate: Soft, rounded and delicately textured. Flavours of malt loaf, apple compote, vanilla cream and light spice emerge, supported by subtle oak.
Finish: Calm and lingering, with notes of honeycomb, almond, chamomile and a faint antique mustiness that reflects the distillery’s historic style.
