A complex and elegant eau-de-vie, François Voyer XO Gold is a cognac to be enjoyed slowly because it evolves a lot once served, and surprises with its length. It has kept the vigor of Grande Champagne from the nobility of its origins, and from its great age the sweetness of its aromas.
François Voyer VSOP is a blend of eaux-de-vie 20 to 30 years old, distilled on the lees and aged in new oak barrels from Limousin with medium toast for 3 years, then in old barrels in a humid cellar. . The reduction with distilled water was done gradually (maximum reduction of 1 to 2% per addition every year) in order to provide maximum finesse and complexity.
To be enjoyed pure or on ice, but above all by taking your time! After about 10 minutes of resting in the glass, you will smell new and complex aromas.
