Description
Tasting Notes
Colour: Old gold with amber glints.
Nose: Clean, maritime and expressive. Notes of briny peat, lemon zest, sea spray and kiln smoke evolve into barley sugar, vanilla and subtle tropical undertones typical of late-90s Bowmore.
Palate: Intense, naturally structured and energetic. Citrus oils, white pepper, coastal peat, ash and dried seaweed interplay with ripe orchard fruits and gentle oak sweetness. The cask-strength delivery enhances texture and clarity.
Finish: Long, saline and lightly smoky. Lingering notes of soot, salted citrus, malt loaf and mineral peat echo the distillery’s coastal identity and the purity of Signatory’s cask selection.
