Next-Day Delivery Terms:

• Orders must be placed by 3:00pm at least one working day in advance.
• Customers may select a preferred delivery time slot:
• 9:00am – 3:00pm
• 3:00pm – 10:00pm
• An additional fee may apply in certain cases.

Order Tracking & Notifications:

• Tracking information will be provided in the order confirmation email and in your Whisky.SG account (if registered).
• An SMS update will be sent to the Singapore mobile number provided at checkout on the day of delivery.
