A nod to fly fishing, Dry Fly is the name of this young micro-distillery founded in 2007 by Don Poffenroth and Kent Fleischmann in the heart of Washington State. All the raw materials used in the production of their whiskies, vodka, and gin are locally sourced.

The distillery’s efforts are regularly rewarded in national competitions and tastings.
