Palate : balanced, assertive. Like the nose, it begins with vanilla and chocolate is introduced. Dessert-like with meringue and nougat. Pepper and cinnamon spice.
Overall : long and silky. Rye takes control. The texture builds, becoming mouth-coating. Oak tannins provide structure.
