Tasting Notes
Colour : Orange copper.
Nose : Ample, deep. Eloquent aromas of blood orange, candied apricot, and exotic fruits (guava, mango) harmoniously blend with more rooty (ginger) and empyreumatic (varnish) notes. With aeration, iris scents perfume the surrounding atmosphere.
Palate : Lively, slender. Close to corn, the aromatic palette also reveals flavors of carrot cake, marmalade, and toffee. This original entry extends into notes of cocoa, hydrangea, and geranium honey.
Finish : Long, subtle. Floral (linden, heather) and apricot-like, the finish quickly becomes spicy, mineral (lava), and lemony. At the end of the palate, this empyreumatic evolution is transcended by the presence of hydrocarbons and notes of apricot pit.
