TASTING NOTE
Appearance: bright red with purple hues.
Nose: fine, subtle. At first, the violet delicately reveals its heady fragrances. Near her are blueberries and black currants. Behind, there are blackberry to bramble and finely woody notes (pine). It evolves towards the violet candy.
Palate: both lively and round. Held by a fruity acidity, it is obviously floral (violet, rose petal), but also marked by dried fruit (almond, apricot). Rather airy, its sugars do not weigh on the palate, they simply coat it with a fine aniseed flavor.
Overall: long, fresh. It gains in gluttony. The violets are bathed in delicious honeys (acacia, orange blossom). Gradually, their perfumes perfume the taste space. The retro olfaction is floral, fruity (blackcurrant, pomegranate) and cocoa. The empty glass is essentially floral and herbaceous.
