Nose: A first approach focused on cane sugar confirms us from the start of the tasting that we are on an agricultural rum. Sweet notes, both vegetal and woody, promise a powerful rum.
Palate: Fresh, lively and rich in character. The woody notes of the oak barrel are subtly associated with the herbaceous notes brought by the fresh cane juice. A gourmet and fiery rum at the same time.
Overall: A nice length on caramelized and vegetable cane sugar, clean like a good agricultural rum.
