This Panamanian rum has matured using a dynamic aging method, inspired by the solera, a practice originating in Spain.
Once in Europe, the rum continued to age in a cask that had previously contained rum, for almost 3 additional years without its age count being changed because the aging method differs.
Nose: Fruity. Slightly tart red fruits, milk chocolate, varnish.
Palate: Creamy. Liquorice, chocolate.
Finish: Fine. Slight rancio.
