Nose: Tarts, sour fruits and citrus. Lime juice and sea salt sprinkled on peach slices. Margaritas and smoked meats served in a cabin by the sea.
Palate: A little sweeter than the nose, it shows a soft vanilla, but still with a slightly peaty and salty character that emerges from it. Herbal notes of wild arugula and parsley are offset by cream and butter.
Overall: Long, pine shoots and wood shavings, followed by ground black pepper and grilled vegetables.
