Pale gold. Both lively and creamy, the initial nose wavers between vanilla, candied lemons, salt, agave and medicinal notes (balm, mustard). It then develops into ripe fruit (pear, white peach) and agave honey. The attack gives the lion’s share to spices (pepper, cloves), while the mid-palate prefers vanilla, ripe fruit and citrus fruits. Remarkably harmonious, the nose and palate now join forces. The attack becomes increasingly liquoricey and mentholated. The retro-nasal olfaction unveils original notes of beans and praline. The empty glass reproduces down to the very last drop the charm of the initial nose.
