This exceptional red Williams pear brandy is extremely rare and represents the quintessence of Nusbaumer craftsmanship. It is made from small red Williams pears which grow on hillsides to benefit from excellent sun exposure and natural irrigation. This sun-drenched fruit is particularly juicy and fragrant. After a natural fermentation of 4 weeks, these wild pears are distilled in an artisanal and traditional way in a small copper still of 500 liters. This eau-de-vie is then aged in a stainless steel barrel for many years to obtain this unique roundness and intensity. At the end of this very long aging, the eau-de-vie is reduced to 43 ° with the mountain spring water.
