Nose : complex and creamy, with initial notes of flowers and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), it evolves to peat and ash (soot) before becoming marine (salt, iodine, smoked fish) and spicy (camphor, cinnamon).
Palate : rich and creamy, with smoke and drizzle alongside white flowers and citrus (lemon). It develops on spices (pepper) and red fruits (raspberry, blueberry).
Finish : long and mineral (gunflint, slate), it lingers on the fine acidity of peat and licorice. The dry extracts, once the glass is empty, reveal notes of white pepper, earth and truffle.
