Tasting Notes

Colour : Bright gold.

Nose : Lively, heady. Oxidative (roasted pineapple, macerated fruits), vinegary, and spicy (Cayenne pepper), the aromatic palette is initially very clean. Oscillating between scents of warm cane sugar, agave, ashes, pine resin, and royal jelly, it becomes increasingly full-bodied.

Palate : Clear, dynamic. With licorice notes, grapefruit zest, and simultaneously mineral (slate) and candied flavors (pear, pineapple), the flavor profile reveals itself as extremely rich. Gradually, yogurt and almond milk flavors refresh the palate at just the right time.

Finish : Long, soft. Remarkably balanced, the tasting now takes on green tones (sage), citrusy notes, fruity hints (pear), and honeyed accents (acacia). Deliciously vanilla, the aftertaste is also minty and tangy (lime).
