Tasting Notes

Nose : Aromas of baking buttery pastry, pineapple cakes and a tray of candied fruit pieces covered in freshly setting chocolate sit alongside.

Palate : The fruit carries through – peach, pear and candied studs of pineapple. The syrupy sweetness has slight hints of aromatic cinnamon spice in the background. White chocolate shows with a few drops of water. Unctuous and delightful!

Finish : The finish is long, viscous and decadently sweet.
