The aim of the Belgian producer was to create a pure gin that combines juniper with locally produced ingredients and to perform the whole process of distillation on the domain itself. The nose of this colourless gin is sumptuously empyreumatic (cypress, menthol) and spicy (clove, nutmeg). The palate is then wonderfully spicy and fruity. The same citrus fruit spreads a sweet, tangy juice across the palate. Next, mint and cumin gently infuse in the mid-palate. With vanilla, camphor and pepper, the finish also evokes freshly cut grass.
