This Edradour has matured for 14 years in a rum cask before being bottled at its natural strength. With a beautiful golden color, this single malt has an intense and fruity profile where the influence of rum (exotic fruits, vanilla) blends brilliantly with the fruity and cereal notes characteristic of this distillery. The Edradour distillery is primarily known for the unique style of its single malt, which is exported worldwide. Andrew Symington, the owner of the distillery, has ventured into increasingly original and specific finishes (Burgundy, Chardonnay, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Madeira, Moscatel, Port, Sassicaia, Tokaji, etc.), allowing the distillery’s style to evolve and be renewed.
