Celebrating the most prized terroir in the entire Cognac region, François Voyer Terres de Grande Champagne is a blend of eaux-de-vie 4 to 6 years old, distilled on the lees and aged in Limousin oak barrels. new for 3 years, then in barrels in a humid cellar. The cask reduction was carried out gradually (maximum reduction of 5% per operation every 6 months to 1 year) in order to provide maximum finesse and complexity.
To be enjoyed as a digestive of course, but also as an aperitif on ice, or in a short drink type cocktail (for example the cognac sour prepared in a shaker with 40ml of cognac, 1 slice of lemon, 1 dash of cane sugar and ice) .
