After the 2013 edition (casks aged between 3 and 5 years) and the 2015 edition (casks aged between 5 and 7 years) the final bottling of the On the Way series includes casks aged between 7 and 10 years, ending it’s epic adventure towards Chichibu’s first 10 year bottling.
The mizunara oak and bourbon barrel aging give to this latest edition an extraordinary personality.

TASTING NOTE
Nose: The nose is exuberant. Honeyed notes and juicy fruit: apricots, peaches, pineapple and applesauce. Gradually spices come to interfere between the interstices: cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper.
Palate: The palate is very rich. In the fruity continuity of the nose, the attack on the palate is irresistible: apples, pears, citrus. Vanilla develops with finesse and gives way to gourmet, pastry notes.
Overall: Long and balanced.
