Let’s take a flavour and aroma journey through three bottlings which, each in their own way, demonstrate the full richness and complexity of Caroni rum.

The first step is this cuvée. This is the last release of Caroni Employees and is dedicated to Fredi Marcarini, Rudy Moore and all the 15 former employees that were reunited in 2017. This cuvée closes this employee series and is a final tribute to the Caroni team. Bottled at cask strength, the share has exceeded
85% during the aging process.

Profile: Voluptuous and fruity.
Nose: Rich and complex. Candied apricot, beeswax, quince jelly, creosote, and camphor.
Palate: Powerful and lively. Telluric, apricot stone, mango coulis, almond, tobacco and dark chocolate.
Finish: Long and delicious. Guava, violet, cocoa, woody, cinnamon and ginger.
