Tasting Notes

Colour : Old gold.

Nose : Fine, creamy. Both fruity (apple, pear) and vanilla, the first nose also reveals a honeyed (acacia) and tenderly herbaceous note. Upon aeration, candied citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and exotic fruits (pineapple, passionfruit) enrich the fruity range of the aromatic palette. The whole shows remarkable tonal unity.

Palate : Both lively and delicate. In perfect continuity with the nose, the attack in the mouth reveals with even more power and depth the same notes of fresh (apple, pear), exotic (pineapple, passionfruit) fruits, as well as citrus (lemon, grapefruit). Very mature, the mid-palate is marked by flavors of dried fruits (almond, walnut) and fine spices (cinnamon, grated ginger).

Finish : Long, creamy. At the beginning of the finish, coconut milk and linden honey are tactfully inserted into the taste palette. Powdered (cocoa), exotic (banana), and peppery, the aftertaste becomes more and more gourmet (far Breton). In retro-olfaction, candied ginger and bitter oranges make up a gustatory duo brimming with enthusiasm. The empty glass is very slightly medicinal (balm, mustard).
