CAPOVILLA Grappa di Ribolla Gravner

Ribolla gialla is a white grape variety that most probably originated in Greece and is also found in the Italian region of Friuli and the Slovenian region of Brda. Josko Gravner is irrefutably the greatest and most influential winemaker in the region, and is probably responsible for creating one of the greatest Italian whites.
Grappa di Rivolla Gravner is a single variety or ‘monovitigno’ grappa boasting high alcohol content, a characterful eau de vie that is vegetal and earthy, characterised by notes of fruits, herbs and pine buds.
