This version reminds us, if necessary, that the first step in the development of a bourbon and a whiskey in general, is the work of the land and the selection of cereals.
This straight bourbon called “The Farm” evokes the hilly landscape of Kentucky at harvest time. A sweet smell of earth and cereals fills the atmosphere. Black fruits and heady flowers testify to its complexity.
