Produced by hand using spices, aromatic herbs, fruit and peppers, ‘Bitter End’ bitters are made in Sante Fe in New Mexico by Bill York. Building on his experience in the world of mixology and world cuisine, Bill York aims to concentrate five basic flavours in his bitters: chocolate, smoke, lemon, coffee and nutmeg. Launched in 2010, his range offers several spicy, exotic, modern infusions. Characterized by having a certain ‘kick’, they bring extra life and exotic flavours to virtually any cocktail.
