Tasting Notes

Nose : Full and subtle. Opening with mirabelle and honey, it reveals notes of chestnut, resin, and coal. It then oscillates between Indian and Middle Eastern spices, all in a setting of delicate mandarin and sherry.

Palate : Silky, marked by licorice and caramel, dried apricot, and roasted hazelnuts. Vegetable notes then bring a touch of freshness and take us to a more floral register, with lilac and peony.

Finish : Long and creamy. The sherry is more present here but still allows apricot, incense, and currant to settle in with a certain nonchalance.
