Rancho El Vergel is located in the municipality of Jesus Mara, about 7 km east of the town of the same name. It culminates at 2,170 meters above sea level, with a slight slope oriented North-South. The name refers to this area located below the valley. The agave harvested for this production was planted in 2012 and 2013 when the plants were 1 year old. The agave was therefore between 6 and 7 years old at the time of harvest, for an average weight of 20 kilos and contained around 27% sugar.
Profile: Rich and intense. Almond paste, chocolate, green pepper, white pepper.

TASTING NOTE
Nose: After being aged for several months, tequila reposado offers notes of marzipan, plum compote, spearmint and eucalyptus. The caramelized pineapple and olive tapenade calls for gluttony.
Palate: Rich and creamy with notes of chocolate, coffee, pineapple, green pepper and mint.
Finish: White pepper and cinnamon deliver a long and persistent finish.
