Tasting Notes

Nose : Smoky, ample. Smoked ham, ashes, exotic fruits, then saline and marine (spray).

Palate : At first lively and stony, with an intense minerality that quickly becomes soft, rich, gourmand (coffee with milk, milk chocolate). Spices appear gradually, adding licorice and cinnamon apple, along with thick charcoal smoke.

Finish : Sweet, spicy and very long. Cinnamon-spiced chocolate slowly fades to give way to dried apple skin.
